Subprocessors
Effective date: September 28, 2026
Wheeler Technologies, Inc., doing business as Sometime, uses the subprocessors below to process personal data on behalf of our Customers, as described in our Data Processing Addendum. Each is bound by written terms that protect the data at least as strictly as our own commitments.

Services you connect
The Service exchanges data with these services only because you connect them and authorize it. You have your own agreement with each, and data sent to them is governed by that agreement. They are not our subprocessors.

Changes
We will email the account administrators of each Customer at least 30 days before a new subprocessor begins processing their personal data, and update this page. To object to a change, email help@usesometime.com within that period, as the Data Processing Addendum describes.
